Passion for Supporting Children's SuccessIntroductionI am extremely passionate about giving every child the opportunity to succeed. My responsibilities now include the development and scrutiny of maths in Key Stage 1 and EYFS. In this role, I have successfully supported and delivered personalized CPD (Continuing Professional Development). Furthermore, I have taken the lead in moderating pupil progress within KS1.

I started working at Clearanswer as a call centre agent through an employment agency. The management recognised that I had the potential to grow with the company, so they bought me out of my agency contract and promoted me to a Team Leader leader.My first experience as a sales manager was invaluable. Identifying the next steps for agents and tailoring their development to ensure success through 1-to-1 support allowed my team to flourish.The recognition I received for my performance as a team leader gave me the opportunity to progress to a campaign manager role. In this position, I gained knowledge of the key performance indicators that drove the centre's success. I also developed excellent working relationships with colleagues based on mutual respect. Moreover, I enhanced my ability to develop and inspire leaders. As a middle manager, I gained experience running both inbound and outbound customer service teams, as well as B2B and outbound sales campaigns.The directors of the company rewarded my hard work by appointing me as the Call Centre Manager for the Hull branch, just 18 months after I started with the company. I remained in this role for the remainder of my time with Clearanswer. During this period, I played a pivotal role in growing the centre from 60 employees to over 700.As the manager of the call centre, I had overall day-to-day responsibility for its smooth operation. This included overseeing recruitment, performance management, report generation, and training. My responsibilities were closely coordinated through a structured framework of senior managers, each managing a specific campaign within the centre.As part of my role, I had direct contact with channel managers from various blue chip companies. It was crucial for me to ensure that clients felt welcome in our centre and trusted us to effectively manage their customers. As a result, I had daily conversations with them regarding performance, marketing, and campaign development.
