• Designing stores layout ensuring efficient use of spaces and sourcing suitable shelving, drawers etc with best fit for requirements • Liaising with maintenance and production departments to establish material requirements • Ensuring critical spares and consumables are have been agreed and ordered. • Setting up platform stores stock including MRP settings • Ensuring materials are ordered promptly, monitoring lead times and deliveries • Maintaining records of orders and materials received • Fast tracking any critical requirements through vendors and airfreight • Working alongside construction material controllers in monitoring delivery of materials from third parties. • Creating manifests for back loading equipment and materials ensuring correct use of all relevant documents e.g. SEPA, Dangerous Goods and supporting MSDS sheets. . • Ensure repairable/rental equipment is returned to shore on a timely basis • Provide a materials focal point for all platform/asset personnel. • Carry out stock taking routines on a `as and when required basis’ investigating and reconciling discrepancies • Ensure platform/asset min/max stock levels and re-order points are correct and replenishment routines are run on a regular basis • Administer housekeeping routines within stock holding areas • Liaise with the Onshore Materials Operations Specialist to resolve offshore related materials issues. • Assist in the development and improvement standardised processes to control the movement of materials at every stage in the supply chain. • Work with the Logistics/onshore team on a daily basis to ensure materials are consolidated efficiently for backload.

Regalia - North Sea

• Control and issue all stock Items to ensure efficient and accurate stock control• Receipt and locate all incoming rented equipment and materials and approve purchase orders• Manage rental equipment in the most cost-effective manner and make sure of returns within timescales• Focal point for requisition of spares and consumables to meet demands for the Vessel• Manage COSHH, Oil, Grease Lockers (MSDS Sheets)• Arrange to Call off outbound Cargo and arrange all Inbound Cargo and Manifests• Create Dangerous Goods Certificates for Air and Sea along with Waste and Hazardous Waste Notes• Reporting of all non-conformance with delivery / Purchase order requirements or other internal requirements• Liaison with shore based Shipping, Logistics and Procurement departments• Communications with Marine Control to Co-ordinate Vessels Loads / DGs and Bulks
