Project Coordinator
CurrentSupport the Portfolio Office and/or Project Managers in the development of program planning and strategy artefacts; · Be responsible for ensuring program/project methodologies and standards are current and align to DFAT policies and best practice; · Develop and manage program/project documents; · Represent the Program in internal meetings and on behalf of the projects to internal stakeholders; · Coordinate across teams, and act as an information conduit between projects and the Portfolio Office; · Develop regular program/project risks, issues and dependencies reports; and · Monitor project performance against baseline, and assist in the early identification of issues or risks of non-performance.
