This experience has fostered excellent skill sets that include supervisory, engineering, change management, continuous improvement, project management and management of work. I have strong leadership skills, with hands on problem solving experience in design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. My experience is also complimented by my ability to work well within a team environment while setting and attaining individual and team objectives. I am HULA authorized and have completed a Nuclear Leadership Program accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management.
