Customer Service Supervisor - Emea
To supervise the day to day operation of the Service Contracts and Administration teams within the EMEA Service Department. Reviewing and streamlining processes through Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft CRM. In addition I was responsible for invoicing monthly contract SLA to meet departmental budget/forecast requirements. This covered various product types within Rapiscan, including inter-company transactions between different business regions (U.S/Middle East/UK & EU). Other responsibilities included settings up short/long term Service hire requests, invoicing time & material jobs to customers, processing Field Service Engineer overtime/standby and renewing Service Contracts on our ERP.This role gave me a strong understanding of deferring revenue over a given period, reversing transactions (including inventory cost and consumption) and general ledger entries. By exposing myself into different SLA requirements and regions it allowed me to ascertain a better overview of the advantages and disadvantages of currency exchange rates.

After successfully passing both my probation and Business Administration Level 2 I was awarded an Advanced Apprentice role at Rapiscan whereby I added Business Administration Level 3 to my portfolio.My main goal in these 24 months where I was an apprentice was to gain as much hands on experience as possible by taking on new tasks at every opportunity.
