My employment history is primarily represented by leadership roles in mining, refining, and port operations environments. Working in roles ranging from rail track labourer through operations management roles, achieving in both maintenance and production environments, I am able to demonstrate I have the capacity to work at all levels of the workforce across a variety of minerals and processes.Entering the resources sector with a mechanical fitting trade I soon became constrained by the limitations of my education. I left the industry to focus on a full time university education, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce double majoring in Economics and Finance.The combination of skills developed through trades and professional experience has resulted in my ability to create applied solutions to operational problems that deliver real business value.
