With over 15 years of experience in customer service roles within retail, hospitality and the finance industry, I am an enthusiastic hard working People Manager. I have extensive experience in team management positions, earned through hard work and dedication. With a passion for people, I am able to help those around me develop their skills and talents and work together as a team to achieve excellence in our responsibilities.When recruited for this role on a maternity cover basis I was targeted with aiding the store in achieving specific kpi targets. Not only did the store excel in sales performance for the year, but it demonstrated tangible improvements in targets across the board with overachievement in various results. This is in part due to my ability to create a positive culture regarding sales related targets. My contributions led to me being offered this role on a permanent basis allowing me to continue to aid growth within the store.In addition to my store duties I’ve also contributed to the Scotland area providing relief management support on various occasions and being part of the stocktake team for this year.

In the role of branch manager, there was great emphasis on store KPI’s and improving performance in those areas which were struggling. To deal with this I looked at improving the organization of the branch resources, and looked into changing approaches regarding marketing and whilst doing so, analysing the results to maximize the efficiency of the methods used. As a result of my efforts and the efforts of the staff I worked with, the store saw a dramatic increase in performance, resulting in various store records being broken and targets achieved and beaten on a regular basis.
