I was employed at Marshalls as a Direct Sales Developer and then was promoted to a Water Management Business Developer.My main duties are to drive sales in my area from architects, contractors or merchants. I have set turnover target around £150k a month and conversion rates for each month and between 10 -15 leads a day to promote new business. During my time at Marshalls I worked with in the design team where I used CAD and gained great technical knowledge. I have fantastic customer service skills and have already built up a base of customer contacts in the North East area from merchant level to small contractors to national contractors. I am very enthusiastic about what I do and have great product knowledge. I am a very responsible, reliable, enthusiastic and motivated person.

I worked for Hepworth for 18 months. During this time I became a valuable member of the sales team. The main duties of my job were to answer customer queries either on the phone, via email or by fax, process customer orders and look after key accounts. Looking after key accounts requires a lot of organisation and a good relationship with customers. I had focused weekly targets which I breakdown and set myself daily targets. On average I receive 45 - 50 phone calls a day and process 15 - 20 orders. When not receiving calls or processing orders I made 15-20 courtesy calls.

I worked as a landscape gardener where my responsibilities were for the upkeep of school grounds, public areas and private gardens. There was a large emphasis on health and safety as we were working with heavy and dangerous equipment.
