We service and repair all major brands through fast, on-site service, which includes but not limited to : troubleshooting; viruses, worm, and spyware removal; DSL and cable modem setup; wireless networking; data backup and recovery. We cover the central and western Mason-Dixon Line area of Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Personally recruited by CEO of Westaff to resolve immediate issues related to IT department, including the unstable implementation of PeopleSoft. Accepted the turnaround opportunity and performed quick analysis of the situation, and identified internal problems in IT leadership, quality assurance, low IT employee moral, and the lack of prioritization related to post-ERP implementation issues. Many of the identified issues were resolved within the first 90 days Westaff was a $300+ million publicly-traded staffing firm (sold in March 2009 to Remedy) that served more than 20,000 clients from 175+ offices located in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Senior IT Executive reported directly to CEO as a member of the Executive Management Team for a $600+ million publicly-traded IT staffing and project implementation firm. Provided leadership, strategic direction and implementation for corporate and field technology initiatives and post-implementation support.
