I managed a client base of approximately 200 dental professionals with a view to giving first class advice about their personal and professional financial planning needs. This included face to face appointments, presentations and development sessions within dental practices to help generate business opportunities.I worked closely with my sales support assistant so that she can identify and book in clients for me and so assist in managing my diary.I did my best to deliver 1st class, quality financial advice to all my clients and pride myself on my honesty and integrity when dealing with my client’s financial affairs.I covered a large area, including Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and parts of South Yorkshire so as with my previous role, time management skills were essential.

Cambridgeshire

I managed relationships with 9 branches of the Cambridge Building Society and 6 branches of the Norwich & Peterborough Building Society building close ties with my branch teams with a view to increasing business levels and delivering a first-class customer experience. I was responsible for managing branch relationships & dealing with area branch managers to ensure delivery of agreed sales targets.I also developed my branch staff in terms of skills and knowledge so that they could deliver quality appointments and spot business opportunities thereby enabling me to increase business levels, while at the same time trying to ensure that the customers have the best customer journey possible.I also used my presentation skills for additional training and development with branch staff as well as occasional Head Office meetings within the Cambridge Building Society account.Over the years I achieved challenging targets through giving professional financial advice to a wide range of customers and achieved top employed Legal & General consultant for protection sales 2012.

West Norfolk

I looked after two branches Lloyds TSB. Giving financial advice to a wide range of clients, while developing branch referrals via branch staff.

National

I worked out of the IFA arm of the Cheviot Trust, administrators of the Law Society occupational pension scheme and dealt with high profile law firms and partners therein, giving advice on a range of pension products, dealing predominately in the pension transfer market.

Essex, Kent, Suffolk And North & East London.

I worked on the then new worksite proposition through the Employed Sales Force (ESF). Dealing with Group Personal Pension plan enrolment for J Sainsbury staff pension scheme, which involved presenting to groups the benefits of joining the pension scheme, while ensuring that JS members were fully aware of their options and assisting in application process.I also dealt with store HR managers to ensure Legal &General presence maintained throughout branches and that presentation were organised and on time.
