Accountable for meeting sales forecasts, marketing budgets, profit objectives, sales training, hiring and firing of sales force and market share goals for Mueller Roofing Distributors. Mueller Roofing Distributors had 14 locations with all 14 Branch Managers and 2 Regional Managers reporting directly to me. My direct report was to the Owner. Responsibilities include: Restructure Sales Objectives, Morale, and Professionalism along with a new Marketing Plan and objectives for Mueller Roofing. -- hire and terminate for sales and manager positions -- business planning to meet annual forecast goals with various product segments -- evaluate, coach, train, and develop Regional Managers, Branch Managers and Sales Force -- focus on high potential customer relationships and potential aquisitions -- responsible for all pricing and annual incentive programs – manage overall sales and marketing budget. We grew sales by 70% by market share growth and acquisition.

Territory included Souther Ohio, Kentucky and Southern Indiana.Responsible for Market Share growth, Profitability and Sales for a broad distribution base. Customer base was a broad array of accounts from Distribution Principals to Building Products Installers.We had significant Market Share growth for my tenure at Alcoa.
