My Primary expertise is in Real Estate Investment Analysis and investments. Though more recently, we've moved toward business acquisitions as the real estate returns have dried up a bit. We focus on distressed assets that have value add potential, but on occasion will consider a stable asset if the returns are justified. I'm involved with a couple of companies- Axiom Properties & Development Inc- which is primarily property management and real estate brokerage services. Hamilton Brookfiled Capital LLC does a lot of our investor syndications for acquisitions. Then I operate privately as a consultant and investor as well. I'm also excited about the recent development of one of our ventures names https://rentduck.com which is very different than what I've done historically, but also mentally stimulating and frankly- fun.Specialties: At the risk of sounding arrogant, we have a really good track record on finding, analyzing, stabilizing and managing distressed properties. In large part- we've been very fortunate and have learned to develop a lot of patience to wait for the right deals to come around. I hold the CCIM designation which basically says I've received a good amount of training on investment analysis and though I earned the CPM designation for property management a while back, I elected to let that expire as I felt the designation didn't merit the cost to maintain it.All that said- I'm an entrepreneur at heart. I enjoy discussing, analyzing and fraternizing with business-minded persons, but I believe I can learn just as much and sometimes much more from those who aren't. I believe that business attitude and perspective should reflect my lifestyle, not the other way around and I love working with positive people who feel one of their roles is to improve the world.
