Office Manager, Help Desk Manager and Network Engineer with over 25 years of experience with TCP/IP networking and Windows Server from Server 2019 back to NT 3.51. Desktop OS Experience including Windows 11 back to Windows 3.11 and Mac OSX. Well versed in active directory, group policy, DNS, IIS, MS Exchange, and other server/network infrastructure technologies. Extensive IOS (iPhone) and Android experience.Throughout my career I have strived to make attention to detail and preparedness the hallmarks of my work. From projects like network design and implementation to Exchange server/Office 365 migrations I like to make sure I have a detailed plan of action based on a thorough understanding of the scope and goals of the project.In day to day troubleshooting and network support (non-project work) I make sure to pay attention to the user and make sure that needs are met in a timely fashion and with minimal work interference. While troubleshooting or working on an issue I strive to keep the user(s) up to date on my status and next steps so they know I am keeping their problem in front of me and working hard towards a solution.In general, I am a tech tinkerer and problem solver. I love to learn about new technologies, how to implement them, and how to make those technologies enhance my client's productivity.
