Developed a new Christian radio station format from the ground up, creating imaging, selecting music for the format and using social media to build an audience. This was only one of a few San Diego HD/streaming radio stations to succeed in the Arbitron/Nielsen ratings.

Scheduled and managed 10-15 on-air talent and board operators. Used market and audience research to select and schedule music for our top-rated radio station for over 30 year. Highly skilled in using MusicMaster & RCS/Selector music scheduling software, as well as Audiovault and WideOrbit. Also, served as a backup in Commercial Traffic/Continuity.

Following the dismissal of the current Operations Manager/Program Director, stepped up and programmed two radio stations until a replacement was selected. Also helped facilitate several radio format changes on one of those radio stations following my time as Interim Program Director.

Wrote and compiled news and traffic reports for morning and afternoon air talent. Was acting Sports Director from 1984-1986, reporting onsite for San Diego Padres home games. Also, wrote Public Affairs announcements.
