• Managed and prioritised my own schedule.• Worked independently on customer sites problem solving and commissioning.A detailed understanding of the company product suite allowed me to develop the end-to-end customer experience programmatically and produce very large quantities of configuration quickly and consistently. This innovation was vital as the project was for a sister company and had to be completed on time and for a very low margin.

My role involved being on call 24 hours a day on alternate weeks for various clients ranging from the water industry through to pharmaceutical. By the nature of the role, I was often only interacting with clients at times of raised stress but was able to successfully maintain excellent working relationships and high levels of satisfaction despite my initial inexperience in the role.
