Mark Blancard was hired by CBRE Vancouver in the Fall of 2003, after completing the 2 year Marketing Management (Professional Sales) Program at BCIT, and, prior to that, his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Victoria.Mark began his career working in CBRE's highly regarded Research Division, where he cut his teeth learning the market, and assisted the senior professionals with their day-to-day efforts in the market. During this time Mark also built trusted relationships with the City's largest landlords and developers, and these relationships continue today.In 2004 Mark transitioned to the Office Leasing Division, and since then has completed over 350 lease transactions, totaling well over 1 million square feet.
