My career Started in the technical service side of the packaging industry. After over 15 years in technical service I advanced my career into the sales side of the business selling Equipment and materials. From that point I advanced into management where I found my true passion. My path over the past 20 years has been on the sales management and sales growth side of the business, I truly love the challenge of growing sales reps and sales territories. In my current position I over see the West coast for our Engineered Packaging solutions div responsible for material and equipment sales for the west coast from Mexico to Canada.I have also during my time at Orora held Division manager positions for our Tracy and Fresno div as well as overseeing integration of our over sees div Global flex. These responsibilities included Sales rep training, field support and full P and L responsibility for these Divisions for Orora.
