I was asked to add the Quality Manager position to my existing duties as the Engineering Manager at the end of 2013. I assumed the QC Manager position for three years, and during this time I lead the company to the lowest cost of poor quality in its history. During my tenure as QC Manager we achieved our highest quality rating with 52 warranty returns out of 41857 motors shipped. We also achieved our lowest cost of poor quality in history at 2.01% of gross sales.

I managed the Engineering Change Request process. I was on the material review board. I received Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. We addressed gaps of their motor vendors to create motors that not only addressed their needs but, we went beyond that to address motor elements that were customer delighters as well.
