Turned an ‘entry-level’ job into an integral part of the daily operations of Lamar’s Providence plant by finding tools and resources to expand overall efficiency. Created an average of 25 Billboard ads per week from limited resources. Took on the new technology of digital billboards and learned the best ways to run the system. Did consulting work with local and national agencies and clients on useful design tips and the best uses for digital billboard advertising.

Provided support and empowered individuals with special needs. Attained solutions for those with limited abilities to communicate. Documentation of detailed facts without personal bias. Solved person-specific and/or general problems creatively

I learned most all jobs in assembly, testing & boxing and became a floater. Involved in Quality Control forum with manufacturing engineering.

I habitually took on more chores to free up the wait staff and kitchen staff to run the business more efficiently and effectively. Among some jobs were: Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Liquor & Food Delivery Check-In, Bar Back, Janitorial, Salad Prep, Wait Station stocking / organization.
