Our mission is to serve today's evangelical church in developing youth ministries that make disciples and to see that every teen everywhere hears the Gospel from a friend. In our time at Palabra de Vida Chile, we have been focused on helping prepare our camp facility to receive campers and guests, so that they have an excellent experience without distractions so that they can learn what God has to teach them and take their next step with Christ. We have been trained in Bible Club ministry, training youth leaders across Chile to lead teens in their church and make disciples for their church's future. In 2019 alone, I had 20 speaking engagements with youth groups, college groups, church leadership groups, Bible studies, and Sunday services to preach and teach different themes that promote evangelism and discipleship in the local church and mission to the ends of the earth.

As Assistant Director, I oversaw the program, counseling, and operations for our summer camping season at our children's camp with as many as 2400 campers over 8 weeks each summer. I was responsible for camp planning, staff recruitment, and training of 80 counselors and 100 summer staff. I directly lead 4 camp coordinators who then oversaw their respective areas of the camp staff. During my time there we saw attendance increase from 1800 to 2600.

Designed Stage Lighting for Theatrical Productions and Corporate events. Hang/Patch/Focus Electrics. Program and Operate console for those events. Designed and constructed props for stage productions, events, camps and conferences. While audio is not my forte, I am competent at live sound reinforcement.

I oversaw a call center and staff of 8 people. We created and implemented policies and procedures dealing with customers, finances, and office procedures. During this time I was part of a workgroup that was responsible for creating new software for our online registration. I focused heavily on common sense principles of customer service and customer satisfaction while not hurting the bottom line of the organization.

In this role, I oversaw the program and counseling staff at our teen camp facility. I directly lead our Counseling Coordinator and Program Coordinator. We trained and lead a team of 80 camp counselors serving up to 3000 teens over 8 weeks each summer. I worked also with our program team who created and lead games and activities for the kids each week.
