    Verzuimpunt was a national occupational health and safety service provider. Verzuimpunt was a young, fast-growing company that needed structure and management information. Due to this rapid growth, the founders did not have enough time to properly set up the financial and IT departments. This became my first assignment when I started as a new partner. The goal was to implement Exact Globe as quickly as possible with an efficient/clear general ledger scheme supplemented with a cost center and cost unit structure. To achieve this, we determined in advance which (control) information we wanted in the reports to be developed. Investing in new offices and training new employees to keep up with growth was very expensive in both time and money. As a young company, our liquidity was not sufficient to finance all this in a timely manner and we were more or less forced to attract new capital. This became my new project, after analyzing all options it became clear that the best option for us was to sell the organization to a bigger organization that operated in the same industry as Verzuimpunt. Ultimately, Care Group became the new owner of Verzuimpunt.
