Having completed the comprehensive (145-hr) York University Certificate in Dispute Resolution, I maintain a strong foundation in identifying and addressing the roots on conflict. I have also gained additional training specific to workplace conflict management and systems design. Aside from this primary background, my experience also includes a 100hr Dispute Resolution Internship, Board of Director membership and mediation with local community-based group, and on-going learning and courses to maintain my knowledge of current trends in the ADR field.My primary occupation has been in the manufacturing sector . I am now in a position where I feel able to pivot to a more substantial role in the ADR field. While my most recent experience is limited, my interest has not wavered.
