The previous inspector ignored my concerns, overlooked clear and obvious signs of concerns that ultimately cost thousands of dollars over the last 5 years. The inspector that performed the inspection on the home I am selling was from the same franchise, and the results of his report were unsubstanitiated, poorly investigated, and in several cases invalid.
