Following a restructure I gained the role as a Project Manager within the IT Department. Building successful working relationship with colleagues I am developing our Agile approach. I am combining Agile with PRINCE2 to manage manage collaborative and deliver business benefits.

Business Analyst within an agile project, currently supporting devlivery of Increment 1 funtion for the in-house Arena system

• Supported the client, Kent County Council, and its county-wide service delivery partners, i.e. the District Councils across Kent and Kent Police, in rationalising and streamlining customer contact processes through facilitating workshops, documenting customer journey scenarios, recommending process change improvements and developing county-wide common processes. I supported my recommendations by documenting the benefits analysis in the Business Case for change delivering savings of up to 30%.

• Supported the Democratic Services team preparing requirements for procurement of a solution to manage and present public meeting through web-based services. Engaged with team manager and staff to prepare document communicating requirements. Successfully planned and managed requirements gathering, review and sign-off activities enabling client to organise resources for procurement, implementation and training.• Building upon working relationships, collaborated with colleagues from the local District Councils, facilitated workshops to develop end-to-end service delivery processes: improved the delivery of benefits services through the Kent Gateway Programme and the registration of deaths service through the Tell Us Once (TUO) initiative.• Engaging with managers and staff of the Adult Services Department and the County-wide Primary Care Trusts, analysed requirements and successfully presented recommendations for collaborative business processes to deliver the Whole System Demonstrator (WSD) for Kent.• Utilizing expertise of PRINCE 2, improved the delivery processes of the Business Analyst Team developing the document structure for capturing high level business needs. Reduced pre-project work from 5 days to 2 days effort.

• Engaged with Sheltered Housing Managers and empathised with the concerns, gained their trust and appreciation by successful delivering remote access solutions to support their needs within planned timescale.• Managed service contracts with corporate IT, planned system implementation into the department, supported colleagues, assigned project tasks and managed client expectations.

Successfully completed roles for clients in a variety of market sectors, e.g.:• Analyst-Programmer, worked in client-based project teams completed functional analysis and systems development to deliver application changes for the Ford Motor Company (Sales and Stock System) and Ford Credit Europe (Loan Processing System) within project timescales.• Lead Business Analyst, interviewed and facilitated workshops with managers and staff of Human Resources, Sales Planning, Product Development, Garages, Accounting and Remarketing departments successfully prepared cross-functional requirements specification for a business-wide vehicle management system for Ford Motor Company.• SAP Business Systems Analyst, engaged with clients on cross-functional project teams, completed requirements gathering to deliver Sales and Distribution module configuration projects for JCB and Halfords supporting their transformation programmes.
