I accepted this role to better serve and support the Audi parts business in all aspects along with testing my ability to further my professional skills and knowledge. Excited to train and coach a retail team to deliver a very high energy and enthusiastic customer experience. Our number 1 mission was to support the hand that feeds us, we accepted our role as a true support system to our service and sales team. We focused on solutions over excuses and prided ourselves on creating Audi Fans and loyal clientele. Along with team building, I was challenged with inventory control and profitability. During my time I was able to achieve Elite Parts manager for 2013, win the Audi race to Sonoma accessory challenge in 2014. I played an active role in the parts performance group for our region in 2014 and 2015. I stood partnered to our service manager to assist in anything and everything I can do to better ourselves to provide the best customer experience and dealer representation at Audi Silver Spring.

Given the opportunity to establish a true self sustaining wholesale division couldn't of been a greater opportunity to be a dominant force in the world of wholesale parts sales for BMW, Porsche and Audi Parts. With the idea of creating a Custom individual business relationship with our existing and future clientele, success was on the horizon. With the support of a great parts manager and assistant manager, I was blessed with a great partner and very success driven four person delivery service team. We focused on selling the value of customer service over price, the commitment to fulfill promises and exceed expectations. Some of our best practices included, right parts the first time, hot shot deliveries along with second to none communication skills. Our clientele and financial growth was inedible by living up to our mission of "One Goal, One Passion, Customer Satisfaction!" I ended my role as wholesale parts manager when offered the opportunity to become the Audi parts manager. I accepted my new role leaving the division in the hands of my partner along with four phone dedicated wholesale parts specialist, will call counter parts specialist, parts puller, wholesale parts cashier, delivery dispatcher along with eleven parts delivery drivers in a satellite building we claimed as our Wholesale Parts Division all expensed thru deliverable gross profit.

During this period of my career I took on an opportunity to be one of six new hires for a young and car enthusiastic team. I was hired to establish a parts wholesale division which gave me full opportunity to create and implement best practices. It wasn't to long after when I found myself being only one of three left standing which allowed me to perfect the skill of multitasking between my wholesale responsibilities, retail customers, service technician and writers. Shipping and receiving, house keeping and product display on showroom vehicles is only part of the extra curricular opportunities I made part of my daily routine.

I began this job as a shipping and receiving clerk and after completing my daily task I explored new opportunities to support the wholesale team by making myself useful during my downtime. I began to pre pull, package and stage parts for delivery drivers, adopted the responsibility of dispatching and updating customers on delivery and parts ordered status. I started answering phones to assist the wholesale team during their lunch breaks and time off. Overtime was available which gave me another opportunity to work bell to bell by working with technicians, service writers and salesmen to boost my knowledge to better serves all forms of customers. After a year of hard work and determination I was promoted to parts counterman and predominantly assigned to the wholesale division. I learn very quickly that this could be more than just a J-O-B and thru mentors and great working relationships I embraced this as a career path in automotive.

I was hired to organize and coordinate 94Jamz first ever Full Custom Car, Truck and Bike show titled MotorMadness2000 the largest full custom indoor outdoor super show on the Island featuring Lowrider hydraulics competition. During this project I was blessed to be involved in the sales, promotions and vendors.
