The principals of BEP currently manage over $100MM in capital, have been investing in private equity for over 30 years and have completed over 70 transactions. We often purchase more entrepreneurial companies that lack the systems, processes or complete management teams that larger companies possess and we are prepared to bring those resources to our investments. We invest in companies with EBITDA in excess of $1MM in the following industries: building materials and services, business services, consumer products and services and specialty manufacturing.
