• Senior analyst working on the National Pupil Database Achievement and Attainment Tables (NPDAAT) contract that RM holds with the Department for Education (DfE).
• This role initially focussed on the testing and QA of the schools checking website, which allowed me to develop a good overview of the three main key stages and differences in the way that they operate. I documented.
• Successfully took over the lead key stage key stage 2 (KS2) analyst role from a founder of the business who was retiring. I developed the documentation and SQL scripts needed to support the QA processes.
• Incorporated changes to the 2016 test and teacher assessment frameworks into the KS2 performance tables data with no major issues in my first full year leading the KS2 workstream.
• Trained several new starters to the team, who have gone on to lead in other key stage areas.
• First in team to attend the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management training before it was rolled out as an in-house training.
