SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS.I have been in the industry in a mechanical role for over 44 years, starting as an apprentice until reaching my current role as an experienced site engineer and now for the late 10 years as Mechanical Quality Control Manager with NG Bailey. Within this time, I have had experience in pipe fitting welding, being a foreman and site engineer in commercial, industrial, educational and health care sectors. With NG Bailey I have been involved in actively maintaining safety levels onsite ensuring all operatives work to RAMS and all required inspections and documentation are recorded and filed accordingly. I have had extensive involved in snagging and quality control procedures on individual projects recently becoming familiar with and using the Snag R system. I have built up a wealth of knowledge on all mechanical systems and consider myself very good at solving problems. I am self-motivated, flexible, work well in a team environment and I have enjoyed assisting with the development of young NG Bailey engineers.My work with NG Bailey has developed my ability to work to programmers, ensure that the requirements of our clients and specifications are met within required timescales and budgets. My experience enables me to identify faults and seek the best possible route to solving them. I have been actively involved in monitoring sub-contract and NG Bailey works with regards to progress and quality. I have played a key role in maintaining NG Bailey procedures with regards to record keeping, documentation and overall conforming to NG Bailey procedures.I have a wide understanding and knowledge of the materials used within a M & E environment and I enjoy passing my experience to others. I have been working on AWE from September 05-2019.
