I am committed to solving large-scale problems. Since 2007 I have been at the forefront of ERISA class action litigation to safeguard workers' retirement savings. My cases look to improve the investments offered in 401(k) and related retirement plans, reduce fees charged to workers and retirees in their retirement plans, protect the appropriate calculation of benefits for pension plans, ensure the accurate valuation of employer stock in ESOPs, and advocate for the fair treatment of long-term disability and medical benefits in ERISA plans. Collectively, these cases have resulted in two unanimous US Supreme Court victories and over $500 million in judgments and settlements. I am also active in the representation of Embark Veterinary, a canine genetics service with a vision of ending preventable disease in dogs, as well as other startups and small businesses looking to change the world.
