With over 25 years of experience in the publishing industry, I have gained an extensive knowledge of the sector, working in a variety of creative, production and managerial roles, giving me a comprehensive and transferable skill-set that covers a broad range of publishing disciplines.As well as being a hands-on creative, I have experience of planning and implementing major projects and managing change across both creative and production environments. My management experience includes leading a 14-strong team with responsibility for staff recruitment, training and appraisal.With excellent communication and problem solving skills, I am an experienced specialist InDesign trainer, delivering bespoke courses and seminars for many publishing clients both large and small.
