I have over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry having worked for Banks,Insurance companies and IFA firms.I have spent the last 25 years focusing in the Corporate and employee benefits market, specialising in the delivery of consultancy services and a wide range employee benefits solutions. These include Business protection, pensions,auto-enrolment, group risk and healthcare, wellbeing and employee benefits platform technology to clients of all sizes. The majority of my time has been spent as a corporate financial planning consultant however in the later years as Head of Employee Benefits division leading a team of employee benefit consultants and developing new propositions in the continuing changing landscape of Employee Benefits.I have in last 2 year moved to a Corporate Client Director role (Business Development) bringing in new employee benefit clients from working with our joint venture proposition we have with a large national Accountancy firm. I believe in the importance of good employee communication of benefits to employees through the use of financial education seminars, presentations and online technology to ensure that benefits are understood and valued by employees and that employers receive a good return on their investment.
