Responsible for Training program for continuing education for 50 Nerc certified Transmission Operators at the RC level, and for new hire training to become NERC certified and internally qualified to work in the control room at ITC. 8 trainers as direct reports. Responsible for compliance for 2 NERC standards directly in regards to Personnel, and training classes and records for 6 additional Standards. Also responsible for CEH's for 24 PJM qualified Transmission Operators and keeping ITC PJM compliant. 25 years experience as System Operator with 15 years experience in Training and Supervision. DTS training expert.

Manage Interconnection procedures throughout ITC Transmission in regards to switching, tagging and operating at the Interconnected point. Direct reports - Shutdown coordinators for scheduling Electric Transmission Outages. Member NERC SAR Drafting team, NERC Certified RC. Assist in non-real time operations of ITC Electric Systems.
