Experienced Director who has successfully led teams in the IT and Telecommunications sectors across Design, Operations and Support domains. For ten years, was directly responsible for the customer experience of all AWS Enterprise Support customers in EMEA, building and leading a team of 400+ Technical Account Managers throughout EMEA and Specialist TAMs globally. In addition, I partnered with the European Sales teams to drive the adoption of cloud services and associated Enterprise Support offerings.Previous roles have included: Operations Manager leading 24/7 teams responsible for the entire Access & Core Network of O2 Ireland; Programme Manager reporting to the COO of Telefonica O2 (Customer Care, Finance Operations); leading technical teams in telco Pre-Sales efforts across the globe. A number of these roles required direct ownership of multi-million OPEX and CAPEX budgets. I also have extensive experience of leading teams through change including redundancy and outsourcing programs and I received an MBA from Warwick Business School in 2012 (Distance Learning).
