Prior to working with Airco Mechanical, Inc., I worked for 7 years with Mechanical Engineering Consulting firms developing plan and specification designs for hospitals, laboratories, jails, municipal and military facilities, restaurants, schools, and offices.My current primary responsibility is to develop construction documents for Design Build projects. Other duties include Project Scope Development, Writing Proposals, Project Estimating and Budgeting, Writing Specifications, Creating and Checking Submittals, Construction Site Visits, Obtaining Permits and more, to obtain, advance and complete successful and profitable projects.
