Initially I was hired to manage vendors during the externalization of the Kenmore brand to Amazon. However, due to the dynamic nature of this venture I am helping in many areas.-Inventory - Manage, track and report on vendor direct shipments (direct from factory to customer)-Demand Planning - Created a new forecast process outside of what was created for Craftsman. Worked with the demand planning team to train establish the process and react according to their needs.-Vendor Management - meeting with the different vendor groups to discuss the supply chain for the Amazon channel. Answered any questions they had and discussed production rates.-IT - Worked with IT teams with the newly created AMZ channel in IDRP (Sears Inventory System). Identified gaps and challenges with the process. Became the lead in uploading the amazon demands and how the data would be communicated to the vendor.

Specialized in developing reporting for the KCD and Sears inventory teams.-Had to respond/react to quick changes and needs during the Craftsman sale to Stanley Black & Decker. Due to lack of systems support, reports gave visibility to many inventory areas during the sale.-Established initial reporting for the KCD inventory team during externalization of the Kenmore brand to Amazon.-Trained and developed forecasting spreadsheets for the new Demand Planning team.

-Managed a team of Inventory Analysts and took ownership of the teams KPIs and training-Controlled inventory financial reporting, setting open to buy and helped with annual financial plan-Solved vendor, forecast, inventory issues that were escalated from the analysts-Created automation/reporting for the inventory team, demand planning team and finance team

I was initially brought on to become the JDA Allocation administrator for the company while they shopped for a new inventory system. Eventually I would become one of the administrators for that.-Created training scripts for the Inventory Team and setup/administered training-Documented project progress for senior leadership-Identified gaps and worked with IT for solutions

-Authored macro enabled spreadsheets which saved thousands of hours and dollars-Managed inventory for over 3,000 items from over 100 different vendors domestic and import-Identified, reported and created plans for non-productive inventory-Analyzed sales history and reporting to create in depth forecasts

-Identified and developed key business strategies in all areas of the store-Utilized multiple tools to track revenue, expenses, payroll, growth, and important metrics-Merchandised products to maximize sales opportunity-Trained and advised associates on appropriate selling procedures and handled customer issues

-Served as mentor and advisor of fifty students from diverse geographic and cultural backgrounds-Organized educational and recreational events to improve the college experience to students within my residence hall-Communicated with residents on a daily basis through newsletters, emails, and personal interactions
