In charge of Citrix infrastructure supporting 2000 users across the America's.I maintain and upgrade an environment of over 80 Citrix servers and 7 Netscalers focused on a provisioned 7.6 XenApp platform serving desktops and diverse applications.In this role I support and facilitate other members of the IT group in projecting their services across 20 offices.

Working in a Wyse thin client / Citrix VDI environment of over 200 seats, across 6 offices nationwide I am responsible for the administration, maintenance and upgrade of the physical servers, and virtual environment.
