Underpinned by extensive Leadership and Commercial training with a number of prestigious companies & training organisations.I have gained considerable experience in a number of leadership roles managing technical support operations, learning and development programs, large scale operations and latterly transformational change within the operation. In each of these roles I have held full responsibility for recruiting, building & developing teams to achieve growth plans and improvements in delivering the “customer experience” whilst creating an atmosphere of engagement, collaboration & diversity with full responsibility for managing P&L performance for multi £m operations.I am a down to earth, straightforward character who is able to set clear expectations and motivate teams to achieve a result. My current role allows me to use my extensive & diverse experience to be able to shape the future of the business developing and implementing change programs around structure and process to deliver business direction & performance, whilst coaching and mentoring the next generation of managers.
