I believe myself to be an accomplished manager with significant practical experience of managing large & diverse teams over multiple locations. Underpinned by extensive Leadership and Commercial training with a number of prestigious companies & training organisations.I have gained considerable experience in a number of leadership roles managing technical support operations, learning and development programs, large scale operations and latterly transformational change within the operation.
