I am an accomplished snr telecommunications engineer with 10 years’ of experience specialising in the fibre optics field. I have worked across many forms of network including copper and optical fibre. All of this has given me a solid foundation in understanding the different network architecture across large networks.I pride myself on being a strategic problem solver, analytical and highly organised; therefore a key talent that I can bring to your business includes a practical approach to operations with a constant eye for controlling costs and finishing the project within budget without diminishing quality. I have worked for a mix of both large and small organisations. At Lend Lease I was employed as the key fibre optic technician, developing a new arm of the organisation and tasked to build and develop a fibre team. In previous roles, my strong communication and negotiations skills has allowed me to lead multi-million dollar projects, assist with the design and planning of projects and manage and develop teams. I obtain exceptional knowledge of health and safety and carry multiple certificates that have allowed me to work in a broad scope, including the mining industry, public, private and government sector. I am highly motivated and comfortable in a team environment or working independently.
