Dual roles working for the KR-L Group of Companies, as Branch Manager - World Transhipment Sevices (WTS) and Head of Airline Contracts for VN Cargo Connect Limited.WTS - Responsible for all day to day operational movements and customer service (mainly Oil & Gas customers and US transhipment services). This role included, but not limited to; business development, management of staff (grievances, disciplinaries etc.,), overseas networking, project management, import/export entries, sales invoicing (CargoWise), and working with C2C, MS Office for customer metrics reporting. A very 'hands-on' role as a very small team.VN Cargo Connect Limited - sales/operational oversight of VN Cargo Connect in Lagos, Nigeria on behalf of Virgin Atlantic Airways Cargo. Setting sales tariffs, customer sales visitations, operational reporting, staff operational and reservation training on Voyager and ensuring all security protocols are followed from the cargo reservations stage through to warehouse acceptance, screening and loading. All reporting to VS HDQ, revenue reporting and carrier payments.
