This primarily involves the commercial management of Polaris New Energy, the marine operating arm of Seaside LNG.With Seaside LNG work to develop new projects to expand LNG bunkering infrastructure which includes LNG fuel procurement, LNG liquefaction development opportunities, and deploying more LNG bunkering vessels ports around the US.About Seaside LNGSeaside LNG (formerly NorthStar Midstream) was acquired by Arroyo Investors in December 2022, and is an integrated shore-side LNG liquefaction and bunkering platform in the U.S. The company owns interests in two separate operating businesses: (A) a 50% ownership interest in JAX LNG, LLC, a small-scale (360,000 gallons/day) LNG liquefaction facility operating two trains in Jacksonville, Florida; and (B) a 100% ownership stake in an LNG bunkering operation through Polaris New Energy. About Polaris New EnergyPolaris is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seaside LNG, formed to supply maritime transportation logistics in the U.S. Jones Act market for LNG as a fuel to the maritime, aerospace and transportation industries.
