Warehouse Supervisor
CurrentResponsibilitiesOver seeing and assigning my staff daily and weekly work loads. Receive and track all incoming material and equipment for projectsKeep sufficient stock of all inventoried installation and panel material process invoices for stock material and input into accounting systemHandle calls and requests for installation material from field personnel, transfer on-hand stock and order the outstanding material from local supply housesPursue return of surplus or defective equipment and follow-up to obtain factory creditsRecord the movement of tools, ladders, and gang boxesDispatch the delivery trucks for all goods and materials leaving the warehouseProvide support to operations manager, construction superintendent and division in generalMaintain order in job stock areaShip outbound parts sales and productsAssist warehouse manager with buildings and grounds maintenanceProvide customer service back-up in the event the warehouse manager is unavailableAssists delivery driver as neededOther duties as assigned- See more at: http://longbuildingtechnologies.ourcareerpages.com/job/166994?source=ccp&returnURL=http://www.long.com/about-long/career-opportunities/&jobFeedCode=longbuildingtechnologies#sthash.s6rXHrP2.dpuf
