Who is Mark Broude the individual ?I am a well-rounded individual who lives his life based on honesty and integrity. I believe in creating environments providing service excellence through professionalism, always going the extra mile. I have a proven work history in executive management developing many long term relationships with staff, fellow management and customers remaining more than 42 years on.Completing my National service in the South African Air force, I joined Metro Cash & Carry in July 1982.With no formal education during 12 years employment with Metcash,as a branch manager. Gaining vast experience in all facets of day to day business operations. Achieving a variety of Regional & Divisional management roles. Breaking Metcash service twice, however I returned to the group on both occasions. My 1st break as Regional Manager Television Radio Centre, the 2nd break as Divisional Warehouse Manager TFM, a company involved in building Military vehicles. Headhunted by a former colleague joining the Datatec Group in 1994, in their Postec Division later to be known as Scantec after a merger and acquisition. Remaining with the group for 7 successful years. Starting as a Sales Consultant in a new industry and technology. Here I relied on confidence in my ability and belief in me by a colleague. I progressed rapidly into a Sales Manager's role. I was later promoted to COO & Managing Director of the Scantec division with an appointment as a director. In addition, being appointed onto the board of another Datatec company.Headhunted for a position as CEO of an International company Oce’. This opportunity was quite an achievement as the only candidate without any tertiary education making the short list among several other highly qualified candidates. Undergoing extensive interviews in South Africa, Germany & Holland, I was successfully appointed CEO Oce South Africa. After 2 successful years with Oce’ by choice I moved on after the Oce’ OPCO was acquired by the Bidvest group.I joined Kemtek Imaging Systems where I spent the next  20 successful years. Starting out as General manager of the Auto ID & Labeling Division, then after 2 years appointed CEO and group executive director. In addition to the role of CEO, I became the  group COO. I was appointed to the board of Rapid 3D after its acquisition in around 2015.Moving on from Kemtek after 20 years and a short break I have landed the role of CEO in a startup company called Panacea Technology Distributors sourcing technology and developing a distribution business for a group of varied companies.
