Liaison with Procurement and using an MRP system to ensure inventory levels are realistic and mirroring the sales pipeline.Liaison with Engineering to adhere to the required quality of standards and revisions. Also to advise product cost reduction and improvement.Liaison with Projects to act as first point of call for onsite support and advice for technical, subcontract, and warranty issues.Chairing weekly meetings with key members of staff.Ensuring the Production process is completed at the required quality - timely and safely. My Highlights include:The assembly, test and delivery of over 90 CHP generating stations ranging from 30kW-600kW in one year - on time.The reduction of in-house subcontract work to virtually zero, and the eradication of the need for any overtime as a result of better planning.Meeting and exceeding the yearly demands of the UK's largest retailer, to secure continued expanding business, without sacrificing any other customers.Delivering CHP worldwide - UK, Europe, North and South Korea.Achieving Product CE Marking for the ‘CHP Unit' as a complete package.As part of a Team, reducing costs of build by sourcing various international suppliers yet still maintaining a second-to-none quality.Responsible for over £9 Million of generator and enclosure expenditure per annum.
