I have spent my career honing my skills as a professional in the area of Computer Networking and VoIP Communications. My most recent experience has been at Empiric Solutions, Inc. as a Sr. Network Administrator. My main focus at Empiric has been to provide a wide variety of network, computer and VoIP solutions for our customers. Prior to Empiric, I enjoyed working as an employee of ATOS Systems at McLaren Healthcare in Northern Michigan as well as Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. These positions provided me with experience not only redesigning and restructuring large enterprise class network (20,000+ nodes) but building a solid team to not only perform the installation of the new infrastructure but to maintain it as well.Specialties: Cisco Equipment, routing, switching, VoIP (including Call Managers, Contact Center, several Unity platforms, project management, budgeting, new building construction and infrastructure design, remote network communications, and network monitoring for capacity planning and issue avoidance.
