Partnered with a well-respected private equity ownership group, Bow River Capital Partners, to lead Colorado's largest pediatric home healthcare nursing and therapy company, Professional Pediatric Home Care (PPHC), through geographic and service line expansion along with a strategic acquisition in Texas, Reach Pediatric Therapy Center, while building a scalable platform and leadership structure to support a more robust and diverse regional business model that firmly positioned the company for the greatest number of strategic options and value capture upon exit. Worked with the Board and other management to establish growth related targets, goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Duties included full P&L responsibility, leading due diligence and integration of M&A opportunities and de novo start-ups along with clinical and operational accountability. The company experienced high growth in both revenue and EBITDA, significantly improving shareholder value and leading to a successful sale to a strategic buyer in 26 months.
