I lead Fundera’s core platform across consumer experience, internal tooling, and our partner integrations and tool sets. I worked across UX, Strategy, and data.

Built and launched a B2B2C platform (native applications for iOS and Android as well as a web application) to 5 orthopedic practices using a budget of only $7,000 in under 6 months. Maya was a conversational agent that engaged patients before and after surgery, improving their self-management and their communication with their care team. Maya was able to answer patient questions and direct patients towards the appropriate level of care for their issue. We saw that Maya solved specific and measurable problems for patients and providers, but we did not feel that we were well positioned to overcome the healthcare sales cycle and break away from competition.
