CurrentCraters and Freighters North Colorado/Colorado Springs - Leading all aspects of facility operations, including sales, scheduling, packaging, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and customer service. Developing and executing a sales strategy in partnership with the owner. Managing facility budget, ensuring monthly profitability targets are met. Supervising warehouse, office staff, and prioritizing safety and employee development. Enforcing and updating company policies across all areas of operation. Monitoring equipment maintenance and technical team performance. Developing and driving process improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities. Recruiting, training, and motivating facility personnel. Providing timely reporting and information to owner and corporate personnel. Collaborating with the owner to manage working capital effectively.
