I am a Finanical Analyst at Bri-Chem Corporation. Bri-Chem Corporation is a leading North American wholesale distributor of oil and gas drilling fluids. Working for Bri-Chem I have had the opportunity to assist in the preparation and review of IFRS financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the TSX. I was heavily involved in the $18 million net asset sale of our steel divisions in 2014 and the $5 million Solution Blend Service acquisition.
