Current career path is growing as a business development manager for APS Materials, Inc., in Dayton, Ohio, to expand thermal sprayed coatings to new applications through R&D efforts. My role extends from establishing production processes all the way to mechanical system setup & repair for our small business. My engineering experience is a combination of the automotive industry, electrical distribution, industrial heating, and industrial metallic and ceramic coatings. Past projects have taken me to Thailand for one year to install an aluminizing spray cell, and to Quebec, Canada for one year to run production and transfer large vacuum equipment back to APS in Dayton. My long-term goal is to continue with new business development to bring in key accounts.
