Working with teachers and school leaders in schools across the UK and abroad who are immersed in the day-to-day of improving teaching and learning. My focus in leading & growing the multiple TES Award shortlisted Osiris Teaching Intervention (OTI) programme. A programme currently running in more than 70 schools nationwide delivered by a team of more than 20 high quality facilitators. The impact of this programme has been independently verified. OTI also has been awarded as an Accredited Professional Recognition Programme by GTCS (General Teaching Council of Scotland) Accreditation Panel

Helped to successfully develop and expand the Business Studies department at KS4/5. Developed G&T programme for school working in collaboration with six other local schools in the area.
